Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Gatoku account and all data associated with it. This is irreversible.
Option 1 — In the app (if you can sign in)
- Open Gatoku and sign in.
- Open the account menu (your name, top of the screen) → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are erased immediately.
Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)
Email support@gatoku.lat from the email address tied to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify and delete it within 30 days (typically much sooner).
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, with no retention:
- Your account and login (email / Google identity)
- Your profile (display name, avatar)
- All gameplay data: per-puzzle progress, statistics, and leaderboard times
Guest progress (when you play without an account) lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Borrá tu cuenta y datos
Podés borrar de forma permanente tu cuenta de Gatoku y todos los datos asociados. Es irreversible.
Opción 1 — Desde la app (si podés iniciar sesión)
- Abrí Gatoku e iniciá sesión.
- Abrí el menú de cuenta (tu nombre, arriba) → Cuenta.
- Tocá Borrar cuenta y confirmá.
Tu cuenta y datos se eliminan al instante.
Opción 2 — Por email (si no podés acceder a la app)
Escribí a support@gatoku.lat desde el email asociado a tu cuenta, con el asunto “Borrar mi cuenta”. Verificamos y la borramos dentro de los 30 días (normalmente mucho antes).
Qué se elimina
Todo lo asociado a tu cuenta, sin retención: la cuenta y el login, el perfil (nombre visible, avatar) y todos los datos de juego (progreso, estadísticas y tiempos del ranking). El progreso como invitado vive solo en tu dispositivo y se borra al desinstalar la app.
